Set Priorities.

Mental Fortitude -It’s hard to muster the mental strength to succeed when we lack the organization at the core of our business structure. When we don’t prioritize our critical stressors, we act as our own roadblock to success. We can only be responsible and accountable if we address our biggest stressors first and leave the more task-oriented details for later. It’s easier to delegate task-oriented details to others, and it’s a good idea to do so. This gives us the space to focus on the issues we need to focus on right away. When fear or failure is present, it’s all too easy to focus on non-critical details that don’t matter but convince us that we’re making progress. don’t let it be you Avoiding the critical because it’s scary won’t help you move forward.

COMMITMENT: NEVER GIVE UP

Many successful people attribute their successes to a single theme: focus. They don’t let anything, or anyone, get in the way of their goals. The goal could be financial freedom. I could give back to others. But the real underlying goal is always fulfillment. Spiritually strong people know that they are on a path that will bring them fulfillment and enable them to live extraordinary lives. When you live with so much purpose, it is impossible to give up.

How to develop it: answer the question: “Why do I need to be strong right now?” To do this, you need to discover your ultimate purpose in life. Once you can create a vision for your life (a happy family, a fulfilling career) and connect it to your actions, you’ll be able to dig deeper and find the ability to reinvent yourself, focus, and recommit to that vision.

Mental toughness means that we must act with honesty and integrity. We need to take responsibility for what is not working well, whether it is us or something else in our business model. Mentally strong people aren’t afraid to look in the mirror every day and see where they can improve. Good performance requires less perfection than the humility of knowing what can be accomplish in the moment and what cannot. When we refuse to evaluate ourselves, it shows that we are not interested in gaining the awareness or information we need to assess how well we are doing or what areas we need to improve.

Control: Take Your Destiny Mental Fortitude

The concept of “locus of control” has a profound impact on mental toughness. People with an internal locus of control attribute their success to their own actions: they see their lives as the result of their choices. People with an external locus of control believe they are not in control of their lives, blaming others for their feelings and experiences. It should come as no surprise that those with an internal locus of control have more mental toughness than those who allow themselves to be control by life, and not the other way around.

How to develop it: Realize that life doesn’t happen to you, it happens to you. All the pain you’ve experienced All the unfair things that happened to you. All the people who hurt you. You decide what meaning you give to these experiences. They decide if they’re fueling anger, hurt, and poor decisions, or making you work harder, get better, and figure out how to build mental toughness.
